NYC Peek - Chrysler Building

A happy accident. I was exploring a "pocket park" between a small church and a large modern building which has a life size state of a painter in front of it (I'll post that series at a later date) and when I turned around, there, across the street, peeking between the old apartment building and the modern apartment building, with a tenement behind them, was the Chrysler Building - one of the most beautiful Art Deco buildings in NY, which was the tallest building in NY for a shirt time before the Empire state building was finished. how closed in New York is, and the way NY has evolved.
